New 2DS Colors announced!

Thanksgiving will be here before you know it and the Black Friday/holiday deals will be revealed/leaked soon. Nintendo is getting a jump on them by announcing two new 2DS colors coming out with Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. Those colors are Crystal Red and Crystal Blue and you can't have Pokemon without Red and Blue, right?

The new 2DS is a good first step for young players trying to get into handheld gaming. The system is cheap as well, going for 100 dollars. You'll be able to play all your 3DS games, just without the 3D. Fans have been asking for the Hoenn region Pokemon remakes and they finally have had their wishes granted.

Meanwhile, as I write, the Devils beat the Minnesota Wild 3-1. The penalty kill was perfect on the night and the team finally got some injured players back. Mike Cammalleri and Marty Havlat came back into the lineup and it looked like they haven't missed any time at all. Some negative thoughts from tonight's game have to be the short handed goal and the late 2-on-0 breakaway that needed a Cory Schneider amazing save to keep the lead intact.

Personally, I think it's time for him to get a day off but that's why I don't get paid the big bucks like the Head Coach does. This team has been winning games that they haven't played the greatest but they will be a force when they can get the likes of Elias, Zajac, and Ryder to score on a daily basis and get out of this early funk they find themselves in.

A win is a win and we'll take it anyway we can. On to Washington and the rematch with the Capitals. Time to get revenge for that 6-2 loss from the first road trip of the year.
